Q: What is your refund policy? all purchases are final and non-refundable.  In the event an emergency arises impacting  your ability to attend a session, your payment may be applied to a future session. Please review our Terms of Use for our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule a session? yes as we understand that life happens. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will work with you to make adjustments. Please note rescheduling requests will be based on current availability.

Q: What happens if I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up?
late cancellations (under 24 hrs) and no-shows count as completed sessions and cannot be rescheduled. In the event of an unforeseen emergency where prior notification cannot be immediately given, a makeup session may be offered. This decision will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
