Q: What is your refund policy? All purchases are final and non-refundable.  If an emergency arises impacting  your ability to attend a session, your payment may be applied to a future session. Please review our Terms of Use for our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule a session? Yes, life happens. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will work with you to make adjustments. Please note rescheduling requests will be based on current availability.

Q: What happens if I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up? Late cancellations (under 24 hrs) and no-shows count as completed sessions and cannot be rescheduled. In the event of an unforeseen emergency where prior notification cannot be immediately given, a makeup session may be offered. This decision will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
