 Q: How long do I have to use my sessions? you have 90 days from the date of purchase to schedule and complete all four sessions.

Q: What is your refund policy? all  coaching sessions are non-refundable. 

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule a session? yes as we understand that life happens. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will work with you to make adjustments. Please note rescheduling requests will be based on current availability.

Q: What happens if I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up?
late cancellations (under 24 hrs) and no-shows count as completed sessions and cannot be rescheduled. In the event of an unforeseen emergency, a makeup session may be offered. This decision will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
