Hi! I'm Carla Demming, the Founder of Transcend Learning Consulting LLC where we help instructional leaders (such as coaches and school administrators) build their capacity to support, grow, and empower teachers to thrive in well-being and advance positive student outcomes. 

With a 19 year career in education, I have engaged in many initiatives for school reform, teacher development, and instructional coaching across K-12 and post-secondary settings. 

I bring these experiences to my work with leaders committed to creating a meaningful and lasting and undeniable impact in their learning communities.
